Eligibility and use

The working audience recommendation is ages 13-15, 16-17 and 18+, subject to final owner, legal and IARC approval. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent, the player must obtain it. Players must comply with applicable law and must not interfere with the service, exploit defects, automate or manipulate purchases, reverse engineer beyond mandatory-law rights, or attempt unauthorized access.

Game and availability

The core campaign is available without a purchase. Network access is used for consent, advertising and store purchases; core combat and progression use a local save. Features, balance and availability may change for legitimate operational reasons, but acquired entitlements and mandatory consumer rights must be respected.

Virtual items and purchases

The planned catalog contains eight one-time Google Play products and one optional monthly subscription. Paid products have fixed declared benefits; the game contains no paid random-item purchase. Virtual currencies and items are licensed for in-game use and have no cash value or transfer right except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Checkout may proceed only for products and localized prices returned by the installed store. Google Play handles payment, cancellation and refunds under its rules and applicable law.

Subscription

pro.monthly is an auto-renewing monthly comfort subscription whose recurring benefits are no forced ads, a 12-hour offline cap and automatic low-quality salvage. The core campaign does not require it. A seven-day trial may be offered only where Google Play displays the player as eligible. The purchase confirmation must show localized price, billing period, renewal, trial conversion and cancellation route.

Accounts and conduct

The app has no developer account, password, chat, social graph or user-generated content. Players remain responsible for device security and legitimate use of their Google Play account.

Disclaimers and liability proposal

The service is provided subject to applicable consumer guarantees. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. Where lawful, the proposed aggregate cap is the fees paid for the app in the preceding 12 months. Regional carve-outs and final wording require qualified legal review.

Law and disputes proposal

Japanese law is proposed, with Osaka District Court as the agreed court of first instance, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction. Players should contact support first where practical. No forced arbitration is included.

Termination

Access may be restricted for material abuse, fraud or legal necessity using a proportionate process. Valid store entitlements, refund rights, legally required records and local saved data must be handled according to applicable law and the final policy.

Approval boundary

These terms require owner and legal approval. Their effective date will be the actual first public publication date. They must not be used as a Play Console URL before anonymous HTTPS verification.
