YOYO Invoice is a local-first invoice, quote, receipt, and delivery-note creation app for iOS and Android. The app stores invoice documents, customer names, item templates, amounts, tax fields, payment status, partial payment records, reminder settings, PDF export status, quota counters, and encrypted backup data on the user's device.

YOYO Invoice does not require an account. YOYO Invoice does not upload invoice documents, customer details, item lines, amounts, tax IDs, bank details, notes, PDF files, search text, or local backup contents to a YOYO server. PDF files and backups are created locally and are shared only when the user chooses a destination through the operating system share sheet or file picker.

The free version may display ads through Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. These SDKs may process data such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, performance data, approximate location inferred from IP address, and consent choices for advertising, fraud prevention, security, measurement, and consent management, depending on the user's region and privacy choices.

YOYO Invoice's advertising layer must not receive invoice document contents, customer names, item lines, amounts, tax IDs, bank details, notes, PDF contents, backup contents, or document search text. Pro users do not see ads while an active Pro entitlement is available.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, StoreKit, Google Play, and Google Play Billing. YOYO Invoice receives entitlement status such as active Pro access, subscription status, cancellation/expiration/revocation signals where available, and lifetime purchase status. YOYO Invoice does not receive full payment card details.

Users can delete local documents and local app data inside the app or by removing the app from the device. Because YOYO Invoice does not maintain user accounts or cloud-synced user profiles, there is no server-side account deletion process.

YOYO Invoice helps users prepare business documents, but it is not tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Users are responsible for checking document numbers, dates, customer details, tax rates, amounts, payment records, PDF output, and exported files before using them for accounting, tax, reimbursement, or business records. Users should consult qualified professionals when needed.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple App Store or Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Lifetime Pro unlocks the current Pro feature set for the purchasing account and does not renew. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management follow Apple App Store or Google Play rules.

Users may not use the app for unlawful activity, store unlawful content, interfere with ads or purchases, bypass platform rules, reverse engineer protected app components, or attempt to disrupt the app or related services.

YOYO QR Code is a local-first QR code and barcode utility for iOS and Android.

Information you enter into QR code fields, scanned QR/barcode content, notes, favorites, generated code images, and local history are processed on your device. YOYO QR Code does not upload this content to a YOYO server, does not provide dynamic QR redirects, does not provide cloud sync, and does not provide scan analytics or team accounts.

The app does not require an account. Camera access is requested only when you use scanning features. The app does not require contacts, microphone, precise location, or cloud account access.

The free version may display ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform may collect or share device information, approximate location, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, and app interaction data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and consent management. You can manage ad privacy choices through the app's privacy options where required and through your device settings.

YOYO Pro purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, StoreKit, and Google Play Billing. YOYO QR Code does not directly store full payment card details.

Local history can be cleared inside the app settings. Because YOYO QR Code does not maintain user accounts or cloud-synced user profiles, there is no server-side account deletion process.

YOYO QR Code is a utility for creating, scanning, styling, saving, and exporting static QR codes and barcodes.

You are responsible for checking any QR code or barcode content before printing, sharing, publishing, or using it. Incorrect text, URLs, Wi-Fi credentials, contact details, contrast, or print sizes may cause a code to fail or lead to an unintended destination.

YOYO Pro is available through monthly subscriptions and one-time lifetime purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple App Store or Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases unlock the current Pro feature set for the purchasing account and do not renew.

The free version may include ads. Ads are hidden while an active Pro entitlement is available.

The app is provided as is and as available. We work to keep YOYO QR Code useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect scan compatibility with every reader, or error-free output in every situation.

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or harmful activity.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

YOYO Receipt is a local-first receipt scanning and archive app for iOS. The app stores receipt images, OCR text, merchant names, dates, amounts, tax fields, invoice numbers, categories, payment methods, memo text, export status, and quota counters on the user's device.

Receipt recognition is processed on the device using Apple's system OCR frameworks. YOYO Receipt does not upload receipt images or OCR text to a cloud OCR service.

The free version may show ads. YOYO Receipt uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for ads and consent management. These SDKs may process data such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, ad interactions, diagnostics, performance data, and approximate location derived from IP address for advertising, fraud prevention, security, measurement, and consent management, depending on the user's region and consent choices.

YOYO Receipt does not send receipt images, OCR text, merchant names, amounts, tax fields, invoice numbers, categories, memos, search terms, or CSV exports to Google AdMob.

In-app purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. YOYO Receipt receives entitlement status such as Pro access or Remove Ads status, but does not receive the user's full payment card details.

When the user exports CSV, the generated file is created on the device and shared only through the destination chosen by the user.

Users can delete all local receipt data from inside the app. This removes the app's local receipt records and saved receipt images from the device.

YOYO Receipt helps users scan, review, organize, and export receipt information. OCR and automatic parsing can be inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing receipt fields, tax values, invoice numbers, categories, and exported CSV files before using them for accounting, tax, reimbursement, or business records.

YOYO Receipt is not tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Users should consult qualified professionals when needed.

Paid plans and Remove Ads are provided through Apple in-app purchases. Subscription management, cancellation, refunds, and payment handling follow Apple's App Store terms and subscription settings.

Users may not use the app to store unlawful content, bypass platform rules, interfere with ads or purchases, or reverse engineer protected app components.

Features may change over time. The app may depend on Apple system frameworks, App Store services, and ad provider availability.
